Rentals at MNH

WHO WE HOST

We accept bookings for events that benefit the community: workshops, forums, trainings, meetings, cultural programming, and similar activities—especially those run by community organizations, non-profits, schools, and public partners.

WHAT WE DON’T HOST

We do not accept private social bookings, including birthday parties, wedding receptions, baptisms, and similar private celebrations.

HOW TO INQUIRE

Email rentals@marpolenh.org with:

  • Organization name & contact person

  • Event purpose (how it benefits the community)

  • Preferred date(s) & time(s)

  • Expected attendance & room/setup needs

  • Accessibility needs and A/V requirements

We’ll confirm availability, rates, and next steps.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Setup/teardown must be within your booking time.

  • Basic tables/chairs available; limited A/V on request.

  • The building is accessible; please share specific needs.

  • Insurance or a facility use agreement may be required.

  • Alcohol is not permitted
